One can also control PTZ cameras using the same valuable integration. This becomes really handy when large areas crowded with customers must be covered.

When it comes to multi floor stores or shopping centers another key feature that one must pay attention to is the ability to provide different users in different locations of the store or center with the interface they need in order to make operation most simple to them. e.g. there was a case where a 32 camera system was installed in a store. The owner wished that the person responsible for the security would be able to see all cameras at his monitor, but another employee in the reception would only see 4 cameras out of the 32 installed. And that without the 2nd person knowing that there were 32 cameras. He only needed to know of the 4 cameras he was authorized to monitor.
