Can I see live footage in my phone?
Yes, both Pocket PC and Windows Mobile powered Smartphone are supported.
What is the difference between 12fps and 25fps recording speed?

How many Digital I/O a CubisNX system has by default?
There are 4 inputs and 4 outputs. Solutions up to 16 inputs/outputs can be provided.
Do CubisNXR models have internal Multiplexer/Switcher?
CubisNXR models have only internal Realtime multiplexer, fully configurable and controllable by software.
What is the internal Video Multiplexer and Video Switcher available in CubisNX models?
Every CubisNX model comes with 2 x BNC video outputs that produce uncompressed video output from the cameras. One is a multiplexer fully configurable and controlable from software and the other is a switcher of available cameras again fully controlable by software.
Where can I see the output from the multiplexer/switcher?
The output is BNC composite thus you can use a CCTV monitor, Plasma or LCD TV or even transmit it as a channel in your TV set.
Does the system support audio?
Yes. Both storage and transmission even on mobile phones using GPRS.
How many audio channels are there by default?
There are 2 audio channels by default easily expandable to 16 channels
Can the system support PTZ caneras?
Yes. The system includes a RS-485 interface required to support PTZ cameras with PELCO-D protocol.
Which languages does the system support?
Currently there are 2 languages supported English and Greek. We will provide support to any language for free, just ask.
How many users can be connected remotely at the same time in a multiuser system?
There is no hard limit on how many users can be connected in a multiuser system. The only limit is set by hardware and network connection. In a LAN more than 100 users can be connected at the same time before system performance in hit.
What is the difference between CubisNX and NXR models?
CubisNX models are designed to balance the need for long term storage (where 25fps/camera is not required) and unparallel picture quality. In contrast NXR models are designed where fast moving scene detail is required for further examination. NXR models offer 25fps/camera on every camera that is transmission, Video analysis, display and storage. Additionaly CubisNX models come up to 32 camera inputs while NXR models up to 16 camera inputs. Please find a complete comparison table here.
What is the maximum storage space I can get in CubisNX models?
All systems shipped with preconfigured HDD according to the cameras used. Larger capacity systems are available per order basis and can go up to 6TB. Please contact us for a quote or further information.
