CubisCMS Technical Specification
Central Monitoring Software
Properties
- The system gives the ability to the user to control alarm scenarios by activating a motion detection, external contact or video loss. These scenarios are fully controlled locally and from the Central Station by the user.
- The system sends live SMS video and saves the video with the alarm signal to the Central Station server.
- In case of an alarm (for example motion detection) the system activates one or more external contacts, for instance turns on/off the lights.
- The user has the capability to arm/disarm the system by activating an external contact.
- The system user or the Central Station can determine to arm/disarm the system with time schedule.
- The system user has the capability to determine a combination of camera alarms (for instance if camera 1 gives an alarm then save video to the Central Station from camera 1,3 and 8).
User’s rights
- Capability to create illimitable system users
- Security levels for each user / camera
- Determine each user to access storage video
- Determine each user to export storage video
Cameras properties
- Cameras name, group (basement, 1st floor, garage, etc) type of camera (B/W, Color, Day/Night, etc), brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness.
- The system has the capability to record continuously and adjust speed from 0.5 fps to 25fps from each camera
- Six quality levels of recording (Very low, low, middle, High, Very High, Excellent)
- Continuously recording with time-schedule from Monday to Sunday and every hour.
- Record only with motion detection for saving disk space.
- Record with motion detection and time-schedule from Monday to Sunday and every hour.
- Capability to change the recording quality automatically in case of motion detection giving the user the capability of saving event files in excellent quality.
- Capability of recording 15 seconds before the motion detection (Pre-event) and 5 seconds after (Post-even) for the best appraisal of the event.
- Capability of motion detection adjustment to avoid false alarms. The adjustments that can be made by the user are sensitivity, object dimensions, the remaining time of the object in the scene, etc. Also there is a capability for the user to exclude motion detections at areas where he receivers continuous motions (for instance trees, cars, etc)
- Capability of two-way audio (where necessary) for the communication of the Central Station users with the users of the Access control.
Technical specification of the Central Signal Receiver
- The aim for a central signal receiver beyond the collection of video signals to a central point is to have administration access to all Network Video Recorders which does the CCTV system flexible, easy updatable and most useful with very low cost. The system offers:
- Capability for adjustments and full control of all the Network Video Recorders independently from the installation area (locally, remotely).
- Capability of durable alarm video events
- Capability of multi users from the Central Station to connect to the central unit and control the recorders / alarms.
- Capability of sending reports for the saving time of each recorder, camera, video loss, etc.
- Capability of sending e-mails, SMS with the video-clip events with full report of the camera that triggered the alarm.
