CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Our commitment to providing our partners with the best possible solution to their security needs extends to the customization of our software. We aim to provide custom software solutions to customer feedback when required.
Software life cycle
Cubitech offers free firmware upgrades for all of its systems. An average of 6 upgrades per year is available to all our customers from our member’s area website. A regular newsletter with additions and improvements is issued whenever a new version is released.
INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
Cubitech's R&D department is constantly developing CubisNX software.By exploring all possibilities of supporting various systems and technologies, we are able to provide unified control software platforms to any demand.
At present, CubisNX systems support integration with :
• Access Control Systems
CubisNX systems integrate with Access Control systems, to “match” video snapshots with selected types of events, usually card swipe.
This way, the security officer can visually verify all Access Control events and, if needed, identify person/s for security reasons.
This unified platform can prove invaluable by permitting security personnel to concentrate on what really matters; security.
• Burglar Alarm Systems
From the same simple interface, using CubisNX S/W, the user or the security officer knows if the Burglar Alarm system is armed or not, if it has been triggered or if it has any of its outputs activated or not.
• IP Cameras with H.264 compression
CubisNX systems & CubisCENTRAL software offer support for IP cameras that use H.264 compression algorithm.

Marketing material
Cubitech provides all necessary marketing material so that our partners and associates can make the most of every promotional action they decide to follow.
User and Installation manuals, photos, text, as well as videos from on-site tests are available, either from our website or upon request to our Sales Department.
Training - Support
Cubitech offers comprehensive training on its products to all partners. Training takes two different forms:
• Commercial training including full knowhow in setting up a CubisNX system, getting to know and focusing on the advantages,
CubisNX and Cubis S/W have to offer.
• In depth training for partners who want to learn more about the hardware, so that a dedicated technician is able to provide first line support and pinpoint possible issues directly. In this way, local customers are able to get the most out of their systems. We also provide remote, on-call support for our clients.
Support in Designing Large Scale Systems
Cubitech’s strong pre-Sales support team can help partners in the original design and implementation of any system.
